Week 39 = Knitting Secondary...
Day 5 = September 28, 2014
You have knitting... and then you have physical therapy. Did you know they go together very well? I have several friends who have arthritis in their hands. They have been told to knit and apparently it helps a lot.
Knitting is not only good for stress and your mind, but it is good for your hands and wrists, as well. If you have an injured shoulder, it is one of the things that does not require a lot of movement. If you have arthritis, it helps with keeping things fluid.
